All orders are usually processed and dispatched within 1–3 business days after successful payment confirmation.
Energized or custom-prepared items (such as Siddha Rudraksha Malas, Yantras, or special Puja articles) may take 2–7 additional days for consecration and ritual energization.
Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays are processed on the next working day.
🔹 2. Shipping Partners
We work with trusted national and international courier partners such as India Post, Delhivery, BlueDart, DTDC, and Aramex to ensure timely and secure delivery. You will receive an SMS or email with your tracking number once the order is shipped.

Free Shipping is available on all prepaid orders above ₹999 within India.
For COD or low-value orders, a nominal shipping fee may apply.
International orders will incur shipping charges based on weight and destination, displayed during checkout.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking ID via email and SMS. You can track your order anytime using the provided link on our website’s Track Order page.
🔹 6. Packaging & Handling
Each item is carefully packed in protective, tamper-proof material to ensure safety during transit. Energized spiritual products are packed with due respect and sanctity. If your package appears damaged or tampered with, please do not accept it and contact us immediately at support@tantrashop.in.
🔹 7. Delayed or Lost Shipments
While we ensure timely dispatch, TantraShop.in shall not be held responsible for delays caused by courier companies, customs, or natural disruptions (e.g., weather, strikes, festivals, etc.). In case of a lost shipment, we will initiate an investigation with the courier partner and either re-ship or refund the order as per our policy.

Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import restrictions applicable in their country.
TantraShop.in will provide all necessary documentation for customs clearance but cannot guarantee approval.
Certain products (like sacred soil, liquids, or ritual powders) may not be shipped internationally due to restrictions.
