All products offered at TantraShop.in are intended for spiritual, religious, and energy-balancing purposes only. We ensure that each product is authentic, lab-certified, and energised according to traditional Vedic rituals. However, results and effects may vary based on personal faith, karmic factors, and individual energy receptivity.

By purchasing from TantraShop.in, you acknowledge that the use of spiritual products is based on belief systems and is not a substitute for professional medical, psychological, or financial advice.

2️⃣ Product Authenticity & Certification

We guarantee the authenticity and purity of every Rudraksha, Gemstone, and Shankh we sell. Each item is sourced from genuine origins and tested by reliable gemological or spiritual certification bodies.

• All Rudraksha beads are natural and primarily sourced from Nepal or Indonesia.
• All Shankh (conch shells), including Heera Shankh, Dakshinavarti Shankh, etc., are natural and fossil-based.
• Gemstone comes with a lab test certificate verifying its authenticity.
• Energisation (Pran-Prathistha) is performed by qualified Brahmins as per Vedic rituals.

3️⃣ Pricing & Payment

All prices listed on TantraShop.in are in Indian Rupees (INR) and are subject to change without prior notice. Payments can be made securely using authorised online gateways provided on our checkout page. TantraShop.in does not store or share any banking or card details of customers.

4️⃣ Shipping Policy

• Orders are shipped within 2–5 business days after confirmation and energisation (if applicable).
• Delivery time may vary depending on the location and courier availability.
• Tracking details are shared via email once the parcel is dispatched.
• TantraShop.in is not liable for delays caused by courier services, customs, or natural causes beyond our control.

5️⃣ Return / Replacement / Cancellation Policy

Since most of our products are energised spiritual and ritual items, we cannot accept returns after dispatch. However, in the rare case of damaged or wrong items being received, we offer replacement or refund under the following conditions:

• Return request must be made within 7 days of delivery.
• Product must be unused, in original packaging, with all accessories and certificates.
• Approval for return will be provided after verification via images or video proof.
• Refunds will be processed within 7–10 working days after product receipt and inspection.

To raise a return or replacement request, please email us at support@tantrashop.in with your Order ID and issue details.

6️⃣ Energisation (Pran-Prathistha) & Customisation

All energised products are personalised according to the customer’s Name, Gotra, and Sankalp. Once a product is energised or customised, it cannot be returned or exchanged. The energisation process takes 1–5 days prior to shipping.

7️⃣ Liability Disclaimer

TantraShop.in, its owners, and affiliates are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of the use of spiritual products. The spiritual effects of Rudraksha, Shankh, and other items depend upon the individual’s faith, devotion, and karmic balance.
